Marian Măciucă better known as Maci (born 31 December 1981) is a Romanian beach soccer player. He is known for his acrobatic finishes such as volleys, over-head kicks and bicycle kicks as well as his extravagant goal celebrations. Maci competed in the 2011 Mundialito de Clubes with Lokomotiv Moscow, finishing fourth and scoring six goals. The Euro Beach Soccer League (EBSL) is the premier competition in beach soccer featuring European men's national teams. The inaugural Mundialito de Clubes (or Club World Cup) is a beach soccer tournament that will take place at the Praia do Sol stadium at Represa de Guarapiranga, a reservoir located in São Paulo, Brazil from 19 – 26 March 2011. In association football, a bicycle kick, also known as an overhead kick or scissors kick, is an acrobatic strike where a player kicks an airborne ball rearward in midair. It is achieved by throwing the body backward up into the air and, before descending to the ground, making a shearing movement with the legs to get the ball-striking leg in front of the other.
