Maria Palma Petruolo (born 28 March 1989) is an Italian actress. Early life and career Originally from Marcianise, daughter of a Carabinieri marshal and an elementary school teacher, she made her debut in 2002 playing the role of the young Marie-José of Belgium in the television miniseries Maria José - L'ultima regina, directed by Carlo Lizzani and broadcast by Rai 1. The following year, like Mary Petruolo, she made her debut on the big screen with the film Uomini & donne, amori & bugie, screenplay and directed by Eleonora Giorgi, debuting as a director. Marcianise
Marcianise is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Caserta, Campania, southern Italy. History In the area of the commune of Marcianise numerous tombs of Etruscan and Roman age have been excavated, although Oscan elements should have pre-existed. The origin of the today's city are uncertain. It was allegedly founded in the 6th century CE by bands of Ostrogoths after their defeat in the Gothic War. In 861 it was probably destroyed by the Saracens along with Capua. After the creation of the Duchy of Capua, Marcianise followed the latter's history. The area was repeatedly struck by cholera but, according to a legend, the city was miraculously spared by the July 1706 plague through the intercession of the Holy Crucifix. Enrico Oldoini (4 May 1946 – 10 May 2023) was an Italian director and screenwriter. Born in La Spezia, in 1966 Enrico Oldoini started attending the Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art in Rome, without graduating. From 1972, he then worked as an assistant director and occasional actor; two years later he debuted as a screenwriter working for the TV series ''Vivere insieme''. A specialized screenwriter of comedy films, in 1984 he debuted as film director, and most of his films were box office successes in Italy; in the 1990s he focused his activities on television.
