Maria Larsson (curler)
Maria Larsson (born 14 June 2000) is a Swedish curler from Stockholm. She currently plays second on Team Isabella Wranå, also known as Team Panthera. With this team, she won a gold medal at the 2017 World Junior Curling Championships and a silver medal at the 2018 World Junior Curling Championships. Career Larsson qualified for her first World Junior Curling Championships in 2016, playing second on the Swedish team consisting of Therese Westman, Sarah Pengel, Mikaela Altebro and Johanna Heldin. At the 2016 World Junior Curling Championships, the team finished the round robin with a 5–4 record, qualifying for a tiebreaker. They then lost 10–4 in the tiebreaker to Hungary's Dorottya Palancsa, eliminating them from contention. At her next two appearances in 2017 and 2018, she was the alternate on Team Isabella Wranå. Jennie Wåhlin
Jennie Frances Wåhlin (born 26 November 1997) is a Swedish curler from Huddinge. She was a longtime member of Team Isabella Wranå. She won a gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics as alternate for the Anna Hasselborg team. In 2018 she was inducted into the Swedish Curling Hall of Fame. Career Wåhlin played in the World Junior Curling Championships in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018 as a member of Team Isabella Wranå. In 2014, her team of Wranå, Elin Lövstrand, Almida de Val and Fanny Sjöberg had a fourth-place finish, after they lost in the bronze medal game to Russia. In 2015, she and teammates Wranå, Wåhlin, Johanna Heldin and Johanna Höglund again finished fourth after this time losing to Switzerland in the bronze medal game. Johanna Heldin
Johanna Maria Heldin (born 29 August 1994) is a Swedish curler. Career Juniors Heldin played for Sweden at the 2012 Youth Olympics, throwing lead rocks for the team, which was skipped by Rasmus Wranå. The team finished fourth. She was paired with New Zealand's Luke Steele in the mixed doubles event and were eliminated in the round of 16. Heldin played second for team Sweden at the 2015 World Junior Curling Championships, on a team skipped by Isabella Wranå. The team would end up finishing fourth. She was invited to be Sweden's fifth player at the 2016 World Junior Curling Championships on a team skipped by Therese Westman. Heldin played in eight games and team finished in sixth place. Mixed Heldin played for Sweden at two World Mixed Curling Championships, winning the silver medal at both the 2015 and 2016 World Mixed Curling Championship. The Grand Slam of Curling (branded as the Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling for sponsorship reasons) is a series of curling bonspiels that are a part of the annual World Curling Tour. Grand Slam events offer a purse of at least CAD$100,000, and feature the best teams from across Canada and around the World. The Grand Slam was instituted during the 2001–02 season for men and 2006–07 for women (with the 2006 Players' Championship also considered a Slam), but some of the Grand Slam events have longer histories as bonspiels. 2021 Euro Super Series
The 2021 Euro Super Series was a curling event among various countries of Europe. It was held from 31 August to 5 September at the National Curling Academy in Stirling, Scotland. It was the first international competition hosted by the club, which serves as the home club for the top British curlers. The total purse for the event was £6,000 on both the men's and women's sides. Team Yannick Schwaller of Bern, Switzerland won the men's event, defeating the Scottish rink of Ross Whyte from Stirling 5–4 in the final. In a tie game after six ends, Schwaller took a pivotal two points in the seventh, with Whyte only able to reply with one in the eighth and final end. It was Team Schwaller's second win of the 2021–22 curling season, as they had won the 2021 Baden Masters the week before. Fanny Sjöberg
Fanny Birgitta Josefin Sjöberg (born 5 November 1997) is a Swedish curler from Stockholm. She played lead on Team Isabella Wranå from 2007 to 2021, at which point she decided to step back from competitive curling. Career Sjöberg played in the World Junior Curling Championships in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018 as a member of Team Isabella Wranå. In 2014, her team of Isabella Wranå, Jennie Wåhlin, Elin Lövstrand and Almida de Val had a fourth-place finish, after they lost in the bronze medal game to Russia. Kaitlyn Jones (born March 21, 1998) is a Canadian curler from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Career Juniors Born in Thompson, Manitoba, Jones curled out of Chilliwack, British Columbia, New Aiyansh, British Columbia and Ontario before moving to Regina, Saskatchewan, where she competed in Saskatchewan's provincial junior championships in 2015, 2016 and 2017, winning in a provincial title in her last attempt.
