Margrit Olfert, née Herbst (born 10 February 1947 in Magdeburg) is a retired East German athlete who specialized in the long jump and women's pentathlon, pentathlete. She competed for the sports club SC Magdeburg during her active career. The International University Sports Federation (FISU; ) is responsible for the organization and governance of worldwide sports competitions for student-athletes between the ages of 17 and 25.
