Sun God were a European electronic music group comprising musicians Rodney Orpheus, Marcus Giltjes, and Patricia Nigiani. The band released one studio album titled '' Sun God'' in 1995 for Fifth Colvmn Records and Original Artists Group. History Sun God was formed in Hamburg by musician Rodney Orpheus, working with Marcus Giltjes and Patricia Nigiani. Orpheus is a member of The Cassandra Complex and Nigiani was previously in the band Pitchfork . Orpheus met Jared Louche, of the band Chemlab, who connected the band with Fifth Colvmn Records. In May 1995 Sun God released their debut full-length studio album '' Sun God'' on Fifth Colvmn and Original Artists Group. The album comprised music composed around Voudou and Santeria rituals. The Sisters Of Mercy
The Sisters of Mercy are an English rock band formed in Leeds in 1980. After achieving early underground fame, the band experienced a commercial breakthrough in the mid-1980s, sustaining their success until the early 1990s, when they halted the release of new records in protest against their record company, WEA. Currently, although the band operates primarily as a touring outfit, they continue to perform new and unreleased music live. The group has released three original studio albums: '' First and Last and Always'' (1985), '' Floodland'' (1987), and '' Vision Thing'' (1990). Chemlab is an American industrial rock band formed in Washington D.C. in 1989 by Dylan Thomas More, Joe Frank, and Jared Louche (then known as Hendrickson). Influenced by the pioneers of the industrial genre, such as Throbbing Gristle, Chemlab mixed experimental sounds with rock music, rock and heavy metal music, metal within an Electronica, electronic framework. They released their first EP ''10 Ton Pressure'' (1990), parted ways with Frank and moved to New York City, their base for the duration of their career. Jared Louche (born Jared Hendrickson; December 11, 1960) is an American musician best recognized as the front-man of industrial rock outfit Chemlab. He also founded the band H3llb3nt and has collaborated with Pigface, Progrex.iv and Vampire Rodents. He released a solo album, titled ''Covergirl'' in 1999. Biography In July 1984, Jared Hendrickson and Tom Smith formed Peach of Immortality. They released a handful of demo recordings before disbanding in 1991. Louche formed Chemlab with Dylan Thomas More and Joe Frank in 1989. The band released the albums '' Burn Out at the Hydrogen Bar'' (1993) and ''East Side Militia'' (1996) on Fifth Colvmn Records. He also formed H3llb3nt, a supergroup comprising himself, Bryan Barton, Charles Levi, Jordan Nogood and Eric Powell.
