Marco Stiepermann (born 9 February 1991) is a German professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Oberliga Westfalen club ASC 09 Dortmund. Career Borussia Dortmund Stiepermann began his career 1998 in the youth of Borussia Dortmund and was in the 2008–09 season promoted to the reserve team. He earned his first professional cap for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga against VfL Wolfsburg on 13 December 2009 and scored in the return match on 1 May 2010 his first Bundesliga goal against VfL Wolfsburg. Alemannia Aachen On 24 May 2011, Stiepermann joined Alemannia Aachen on loan until the end of the 2011–12 season. FC Energie Cottbus (Lower Sorbian: ''Energija Chóśebuz'') is a German football club based in Cottbus, Brandenburg. It was founded in 1963 as SC Cottbus in what was East Germany. The 2010–11 Regionalliga season was the seventeenth since its re-establishment after German reunification and the third as a fourth-level league within the German football league system. The Regionalliga West is a German semi-professional football division administered by the Western German Football Association based in Duisburg. It is one of the five German regional football associations. Kieran O'Neill Dowell (born 10 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Scottish Premiership club Rangers. Dowell previously played for Everton, where he had loan spells with Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United, Derby County and Wigan Athletic. Hernia
A hernia is the abnormal exit of tissue or an organ, such as the bowel, through the wall of the cavity in which it normally resides. Various types of hernias can occur, most commonly involving the abdomen, and specifically the groin. Groin hernias are most commonly of the inguinal type but may also be femoral.
