March 2025 Belgorod Incursion
On 18 March 2025, at around 5:50 AM Moscow time, during the Russo-Ukrainian War, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a cross-border incursion into Russia, invading Belgorod Oblast and clashing with the Russian Armed Forces, Russian military. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed for the first time on 7 April 2025 that Ukrainian troops were in Belgorod Oblast.
