Marcel Herzog
Marcel Herzog (born 28 June 1980) is a retired Association football, footballer from Switzerland who played as Goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper. Since his retirement he works as talent manager, since January 2019 for the youth department of FC Basel. Career Early years Herzog started his youth football with local amateur club FC Bubendorf. As his family moved to New York for two years, he played on a high school team there. Returning to Bubendorf, as just 16-year-old, he achieved promotion to the 3rd division with their first team and attracted attention in the regional selection. In 1997 he transferred to the youth section of FC Concordia Basel playing in their U-19 team, but quickly advanced to their first team, who at that time played in the third tier of Swiss football. Massimo Colomba
Massimo Colomba (born 24 August 1977) is a Swiss footballer who played as goalkeeper. He is currently the goalkeeper coach of both FC Sion. Career As a child Colomba played in the youth teams of his local side FC Villars-sur-Glâne. In 1995, he moved to Fribourg and played one year for FC Richemond and one for FC Beauregard. Colomba began his professional career with Neuchatel Xamax in 1997. He was their reserve goalkeeper for three years and first-choice keeper during the 2000–01 and 2001–02 seasons. At the beginning of the 2002–03 season he joined FC Aarau and was the club's first-choice goalkeeper. On 26 April 2003 he scored his first and only goal for Aarau in the match against FC St. Gallen. Germano Vailati (born 30 August 1980) is a Swiss former professional football goalkeeper. Club career Vailati was born in Lugano. He started his professional career in the Canton Ticino, and played for a number of different teams, before he transferred to the prestigious club FC Sion in the summer of 2004. In the 2006–07 season Sion were promoted to the Super League. In the 2006–07 and 2007–08 seasons he played for in their first time in UEFA Cup.
