Marc Trillard (born 1955 in Baden-Baden) is a French writer. He publishes his contributions to many titles in the French press. Baden-Baden
Baden-Baden () is a spa town in the state of Baden-Württemberg, south-western Germany, at the north-western border of the Black Forest mountain range on the small river Oos, ten kilometres (six miles) east of the Rhine, the border with France, and forty kilometres (twenty-five miles) north-east of Strasbourg, France. Prix Louis-Guilloux
The prix Louis-Guilloux is a French literary award established in 1983 by the Conseil général of the Côtes-d'Armor with the writers Yvon Le Men, Yannick Pelletier (specialist of Louis Guilloux). The idea of this prie is "to perpetuate the literary ideals and values of the Breton writer". The prize is granted each year to a work in the French language which is characterised by "the humane qualities of generous thought, refusing all dualism and all sacrifice of individuality in favour of ideological abstractions". Prix was an American power pop band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1975 by Tommy Hoehn and Jon Tiven. The group ended up primarily as a studio project. Its recordings were produced by Tiven along with former Big Star member Chris Bell (American musician), Chris Bell, who also played guitar and sang backup vocals. Prix is also famous of Banjo playing. Alex Chilton also participated in the recordings, along with session drummer Hilly Michaels. Although the group generated some major record label interest—notably from Mercury Records and Sony Music, Columbia/CBS Records—it ultimately only released a double A-side single on Terry Ork, Ork Records in 1977 and a single on Miracle Records in 1978. Actes Sud is a French publishing house based in Arles. It was founded in 1978 by author Hubert Nyssen.
