Marc Kestecher
Marc David Kestecher (born March 22, 1968) is an American Sports commentator, play-by-play announcer radio Sportscaster, sports and News presenter, news anchor. Early life and education He was raised in Guilderland, New York and graduated from Syracuse University's S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Career Kestecher began his career with play-by-play work for the Albany Patroons. He later took studio positions at WKNR in Cleveland and WPTR (AM) and WROW in Albany, New York where he provided score updates and hosted talk programming. Kestecher joined ESPN Radio in 1999, first hosting ''ESPN Radio SportsCenter'' and studio coverage of major sporting events. He was named as the lead play-by-play announcer for the ''NBA on ESPN Radio'' in 2016, replacing Kevin Calabro who opted to return to the Pacific Northwest to call play-by-play for the Portland Trail Blazers. Kevin Calabro
Kevin Paul Calabro (born June 27, 1956) is an American sportscaster based in Seattle, Washington. The longtime voice of the former Seattle SuperSonics NBA franchise, Calabro has primarily called NBA basketball but has also announced collegiate football (alongside Yogi Roth) and basketball as well as MLS soccer. From 2016 to 2020, he served as the television play-by-play voice for the Portland Trail Blazers. He rejoined the Portland Trail Blazers as the Play-By-Play Voice for the 2021–22 season after stepping down in 2020 to be with his family in order to avoid exposure to COVID-19. As of the 2015–16 season, Calabro is the lead play-by-play announcer for NBA on ESPN Radio, including NBA Finals games in 2007, 2014 and 2016 alongside personalities such as Jack Ramsay and Hubie Brown. Hubie Brown
Hubert Jude Brown (born September 25, 1933) is an American former professional basketball player, coach, and analyst. Brown is a two-time NBA Coach of the Year, the honors separated by 26 years. Brown was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2005. Following his retirement from coaching, Brown worked as a television analyst for CBS, TNT, ESPN and ABC. Brown called his final game on February 9, 2025. Early life Brown was born on September 25, 1933, in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. His family moved to Elizabeth, New Jersey, when he was three years old and grew up there, living in a small apartment building without a telephone.
