Marcos "Marc" Eusebio Jiménez de la Espada Martín (born 3 November 1985) is a Spanish Association football, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football)#Striker, striker for CE Campos, Campos. Club career Born in Pollença, Majorca, Balearic Islands, Jiménez was a trainee of both SD La Salle and CD San Francisco, and made his senior debut with CE Constància in 2004–05 Tercera División, 2004–05, in Tercera División. He competed at that level the following three seasons, representing RCD Mallorca B and UE Sant Andreu. In July 2008, Jiménez was loaned to Segunda División B club Orihuela CF. He subsequently returned to the Catalonia, Catalans, with the team now in the same division. Jiménez moved to CF Sporting Mahonés also of the third tier in July 2010, and started in all his appearances in 2010–11 Segunda División B, his only season to help to a 15th-place finish. Forwards (also known as attackers) are outfield positions in an association football team who play the furthest up the pitch and are therefore most responsible for scoring goals as well as assisting them. As with any attacking player, the role of the forward relies heavily on being able to create space for attack. Attacking positions generally favour irrational players who ask questions to the defensive side of the opponent in order to create scoring chances, where they benefit from a lack of predictability in attacking play.
