The Maranon spinetail (''Synallaxis maranonica'') is a Critically Endangered species of bird in the Furnariinae subfamily of the ovenbird family Furnariidae. It is found in Ecuador and Peru. ''Synallaxis'' is a genus of birds in the Ovenbird (family), ovenbird family, Furnariidae.
