Manuel Gregorio "Manu" Fernandes (born 11 September 1944) is an Indian politician and businessman who is a former member of the Goa Legislative Assembly, representing the Cuncolim Assembly constituency from 1984 to 1994 and Velim Assembly constituency from 1994 to 1999. Farrel Benito Furtado E Gracias (born Farrel Benito Furtado; 1 November 1961) is an Indian politician and teacher who is a former member of the Goa Legislative Assembly, representing the Velim Assembly constituency from 1989 to 1994. Furtado holds the distinction of being the first and only woman legislator to be elected from the Velim constituency. Furtado was elected for the term 1989 to 1994.
