Mantas Šernius
Mantas Šernius (born 29 June 1983) is a Lithuanian professional basketball coach who is currently an assistant coach for Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) and the EuroLeague. He is also an assistant coach of the Lithuania national team. Coaching career On 1 July 2022, Šernius signed as an assistant coach with Ukrainian club Prometey, working under head coach Ronen Ginzburg. He re-signed with the team on 16 May 2023. On 15 July 2024, Šernius was named as the head coach of CBet Jonava of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). On 28 June 2025, Šernius was named as an assistant coach for Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) and the EuroLeague The EuroLeague is a European men's professional basketball club competition. An athletic coach is a person coaching in sport, involved in the direction, instruction, and training of a sports team or athlete. 2020–21 LKL Season
The 2020–21 Lietuvos krepšinio lyga, also called Betsafe-LKL for sponsorship reasons, was the 28th season of the top-tier level professional basketball league of Lithuania, the Lietuvos krepšinio lyga (LKL). Žalgiris achieved their 23rd title overall, eleven consecutive. Competition format During the regular season, all teams play 36 games. The top eight teams in the regular season standings, after playing their entire 36 game schedule, qualified for the playoffs in the quarterfinals, that was played in a best-of-three games format. The semifinals were played in best-of-three format. The final round was played between the two winners of the semifinals. The finals series, for first place, as also games for third place were played in a best-of-five format. Ronen "Neno" Ginzburg (; born 19 September 1963) is an Israeli-Czech basketball coach for Ukrainian Basketball club Prometey. FK Atlantas was a Lithuanian professional football club based in the port city of Klaipėda. The club's name has changed several times. It was established in 1962 as ''Granitas'', and became ''PSK Aras'' in 1993.
