Manoj Kumar Sharma (born 3 July 1975) is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the 2005 batch, Maharashtra cadre. A biographical drama film called ''12th Fail'' was based on real-life story of Manoj Kumar Sharma, who overcame extreme poverty to become an Indian Police Service officer. He is currently serving as Inspector-general of police in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Early education Following his early education at a local school, Sharma successfully progressed through the eighth grade and later pursued his studies at Maharani Lakshmi Bai Government College of Excellence in Gwalior. Shraddha Joshi is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of the 2007 batch. She is the Commissioner of Customs of the Audit Commissionerate, Zone 1 in Mumbai. Early education She did her schooling at Almora. After school, she went on to study a Bachelor's in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at Gurukula Kangri University, Haridwar.
