Mandy Chick
Amanda Chick (born October 17, 2001) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series East and West, driving the No. 74 Chevrolet SS for her family-owned team, Team Chick Motorsports. Racing career Chick first began her racing career after completing ten laps at a quarter-midget track in Topeka, Kansas when she was six. She then became a champion in the TKQMA Honda Jr. championship in the Honda and Stock divisions in 2010 before finishing in the top five in the standings in the USAC Generation Series in 2012 and 2013. In 2017, Chick would run six races in the CRA JEGS All Star Tour, where she would finish in the top ten in three races. She would run the majority of the races the following year, and finished fourth in the points with three top tens. The Calypso Lemonade 150 is an ARCA Menards Series/ARCA Menards Series East combination race held at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa. The inaugural race was held on October 15, 2006 and was 250 laps in length. The race was shortened to 200 laps in 2009 and 150 laps in 2013. From 2015 to 2020, the race was held on the same weekend as the IndyCar Series IndyCar Series at Iowa Speedway, race at Iowa. The General Tire 150 is a annual ARCA Menards Series race held at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. The inaugural event was held on May 18, 1996 and was won by Tim Steele. The race was originally held during the month of May between 1996 and 2004, after which it was removed from the calendar. The race returned to the series in 2018 and has remained since. History ARCA previously ran at Charlotte Motor Speedway from 1996 to 2004. In 1996 and 1997, the series ran three times at the speedway: twice in May and once in either late September or early October. In 1998, the middle race was dropped, leaving just one spring race and one fall race. For 2004, the fall race was dropped, before the track was dropped altogether for the 2005 season. The Dawn 150 is an ARCA Menards Series race held at Kansas Speedway. It is one of two races the series has at the track, the other being the Kansas Lottery 150 in September. The race was added to the schedule in 2020 after the cancellation of the race at Chicagoland Speedway due to COVID-19 regulations in Illinois. It then became a permanent race on the ARCA Menards Series schedule in 2021. So far in each year in that the race has been run, the race has been won by the driver who went on to win the series championship: Bret Holmes won it in 2020, which was his first ARCA win. The 2022 General Tire 150 was the second stock car race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series, the first race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series West and the 2022 Sioux Chief Showdown, and the third iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, March 11, 2022, in Avondale, Arizona at Phoenix Raceway, a 1-mile (1.6 km) permanent low-banked tri-oval race track. The race was run over 154 laps due to an overtime finish. Taylor Gray of David Gilliland Racing would win the race after leading 43 laps. This was Gray's first career ARCA Menards Series win and his fourth career west series win.
