Mandarin High School (MHS) is a State school, public Secondary school, high school in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. It was established in 1990 and is part of the Duval County Public Schools district. As of 2010, it is the second-largest high school in Duval County, Florida, Duval County following Sandalwood High School. Atlantic Coast High School opened in 2010 to prevent overcrowding at the school as well as Sandalwood, Englewood High School (Florida), Englewood and Samuel W. Wolfson High School, Wolfson. Academics Mandarin High School offers the Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) program along with Advanced Placement courses. Michelle Moultrie (born July 13, 1990) is an American professional softball outfielder for the Oklahoma City Spark of the Women's Professional Fastpitch (WPF). She played college softball at Florida, where she was named SEC Player of the Year in 2012.
