Manasak Sor Ploenchit
Manasak Sor Ploenchit ( th, มานะศักดิ์ ส.เพลินจิต; born December 7, 1965, in Klaeng District) was a Muay Thai fighter from Thailand. Biography and career Manasak was born in the Rayong Province where he started Muay Thai during the mid 1970s. He rapidly reached the Bangkok circuit where he had a few fights under the name Manasak Asawamongkol, he then went back to fight in eastern Thailand where he became regional champion. Manasak then joined the Sor Ploenchit camp in Bangkok under the teaching of Sathien Sathiensut and became a successful fighter. During his prime in the 1980s Manasak was known as a highly skilled fighter with a complete arsenal and some of the sharpest eyes in the ring. He beat many notable fighters of his era such as Kongtoranee Payakaroon, Saencherng Pinsinchai, Sangtiennoi Sor.Rungroj, Panomtuanlek Hapalang, Jaroenthong Kiatbanchong or Chanchai Sor Tamarangsri. Rayong Province
Rayong province ( th, ระยอง, ) is one of seventy-six provinces (''changwat'') lies in eastern Thailand. Neighboring provinces are (from west clockwise) Chonburi, and Chanthaburi. Jomwo Chernyim ( th, จอมโว เชิญยิ้ม) was a Thai Muay Thai fighter. Biography and career Jomwo began to compete in the major Bangkok stadiums in the mid-1970s under the name Jomwo Lukkhaokwang. He fought for a Stadium title for the first time against Tawanook Sitpoonchai in 1977, losing the fight by decision. A year later he lost to Kingthong Sakornpitak in a fight for the vacant Rajadamnern Stadium Bantamweight 118 lbs title. He had another chance on June 5, 1980, but was knocked out by Mafuang Weerapol in the second round. He finally became a stadium champion on his fourth attempt when he defeated Mafuang Weerapol by decision on April 8, 1981, for the Rajadamnern Stadium 118 lbs title.
