Mamu Kanjan (also spelled Mamukanjan) is a town of Tandlianwala Tehsil in Faisalabad District in Punjab, Pakistan. It was once known as Sandianwala. Later its name was changed to the name of the saint Peer Mamu Kanjan, whose tomb is located at Bangla Road. Kamalia (, ) is a city in the Toba Tek Singh District of Punjab Province, Pakistan. It is the administrative center of Kamalia Tehsil. It is the 67th most populous city of Pakistan. Location Kamalia is located at approximately 30.725°N latitude and 72.645°E longitude, in the southern part of the Toba Tek Singh District, Punjab, Pakistan. Faisalabad District (Lyallpur District until 1979) ( Punjabi and ) is one of the districts of Punjab, Pakistan. According to the 2023 census of Pakistan it had a population of 9,075,819, of which 3,691,999 were in Faisalabad City. It is the third largest city of Pakistan after Karachi and Lahore. Tandlianwala
Tandlianwala () is a town in Punjab, Pakistan and the headquarters of Tandlianwala Tehsil. It is named after a medicinal plant called "Tandla"(digera arvensis) which was present abundantly near this town. It is located 40 km from the city of Faisalabad and 45 km from Okara. It is a sub-division of Faisalabad District and has a Tehsil municipal administration (TMA). History The town was established as a ''mandi'' (market) during the colonization of west Punjab. In 1987, it received the status of sub tehsil when Manzoor Wattoo was elected as MPA from the constituency and later became the CM Punjab. The town committee came into being in 1965. Fixed telephony The area codes in Pakistan consists of two to five digits; generally smaller the city, longer the prefix. All large cities have two-digit codes. The smaller towns might have six digital whereas big cities have seven digit numbers. Azad Kashmir telephone lines contain five digits.
