Maluri
Maluri is a suburb in the constituency of Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, situated near the border of the constituency of Titiwangsa. It is located along Cheras Road Federal Route 1 and can be accessed through Maluri station served by the LRT Ampang Line and the MRT Kajang Line. It is one of the housing areas closest to Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle. Location Maluri is located close to the boundary between Cheras and Kuala Lumpur's central business district. It is adjacent to Kampung Pandan, Pandan Jaya and Cochrane Road. Across the Kerayong River is the development of Shamelin Perkasa. Education Maluri houses a number of public, private and international schools, most notably Taylor's International School. Commercial activity Maluri is the home of Aeon's (formerly JUSCO) oldest store in Malaysia, which opened on 30 October 1989. Maluri Station
The Maluri station is an integrated light rapid transit (LRT) and Rapid transit, mass rapid transit (MRT) located on the eastern fringe of Kuala Lumpur near and named after Maluri, Taman Maluri (Malay language, Malay; English: Maluri Garden), a residential housing estate. The station is located along Malaysia Federal Route 1, Federal Route 1 Jalan Cheras (English: ''Cheras Road'') opposite the AEON (company), AEON Taman Maluri shopping centre and Sunway Velocity Mall. The Kerayong River also runs beside the station. The MRT Kajang Line, previously known as the MRT Sungai Buloh–Kajang Line, is a Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit, Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) line servicing the Klang Valley, Malaysia. The Sungai Besi Expressway, abbreviated as SBE, is a major controlled-access highway in the Klang Valley region of Peninsular Malaysia. The Cochrane station is a Rapid transit, Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) underground station in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the MRT Kajang Line. Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2 or Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 Scheme), Federal Route 28, is a ring road built by the Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR) to connect neighborhoods near the boundary of Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Kampung Pandan
Kampung Pandan is a village/settlement located in the Titiwangsa constituency in eastern Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, surrounded by Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Ampang, Maluri, Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, Pudu and Bukit Bintang. Once a small settlement, Kampung Pandan has now grown and developed tremendously. It used to be an area of well-planned settlement (with title deed) under Rural Industrial Development Authority (RIDA) to accommodate/ relocate people who were moved from their areas of settlement for development purposes (among the areas was Maxwell Village) in the late 1960s. Jalan Cochrane
Cochrane Road is a road and a suburb in the Titiwangsa constituency of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was named after Charles Walter Hamilton Cochrane (1876–1932), who served as British Resident of Perak (1929–1930) and later the Chief Secretary to the Government of the Federated Malay States from 1930 till his death in 1932.
