Maladers is a former Municipalities of Switzerland, municipality in the Plessur Region in the Cantons of Switzerland, canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. On 1 January 2020 the former municipality of Maladers merged into Chur. History Maladers is first mentioned in 1156 as ''de Maladru''. Geography Maladers has an area, (as of the 2004/09 survey) of . Of this area, about 28.1% is used for agricultural purposes, while 63.7% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 4.2% is settled (buildings or roads) and 3.9% is unproductive land.
