Makeroom (film)
''Make Room'' is a Nigerian 2018 Hausa feature film showcasing the relationship between love and pursuit of dreams in the face of terrorism, directed by Robert Peters and produced by Rogers Ofime. The film features Kannywood actors and actresses such as Yakubu Muhammed, Sani Muazu, Rekiya Attah and Usman Uzee, supported by Adams Garba, Asabe Madake, Abba Zakky and Abubakar Maina. Production The film which was acted based on the insurgent activities in Nigeria's Northeast featured about 3,000 day actors, 100 cast and 100 production crew members, and the shooting location was Ijebu - Miango, Bassa Local Government Area, Plateau State, Nigeria. The production took about 50 days to complete, costing an estimate of N200 to N300 million as production budget. Yakubu Muhammed
Yakubu Mohammed (alias: Yakubu Usman Shehu Abubakar El-Nafati) (born 25 March 1973) is a Nigerian film actor, producer, director, singer and script writer. He is a Globacom ambassador, SDGs ambassador and at a time, an ambassador for Nescafe Beverage. Yakubu Mohammed is a seasoned actor of repute and a household name in both Kannywood and Nollywood. He has sung over 1000 songs, featured in well over 100 Hausa films and more than 40 English films some of which includes; Lionheart, 4th Republic, ''Sons of the Caliphate'' and ''MTV Shuga'' which earned him several nominations and awards such as City People Entertainment Awards and Nigeria Entertainment Awards. Hausa-language cinema, known informally as Kannywood, is the Hausa-language film industry of Northern Nigeria. It is based in Kano. Kannywood Kannywood is the sobriquet for Hausa-language cinema. Miango
Miango is a town in Plateau State, in central Nigeria. History Miango is a Town in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State. The natives of this village are the Irigwe people, who are very hospitable and friendly. There are a lot of tourist attractions in the village like Water falls, High hills, the Miango rest home, etc. In the early 1900s the SIM Missionaries came to the area and established the Miango Rest Home. Miango rest home which is closer to ENOS HOSPITAL, the only massive licensed hospital in the community which started operations in 2011.
