Major Moment is an American alternative metal band from Boston, Massachusetts formed in 2018. History Major Moment was formed in 2018. In 2021, the band performed at Blue Ridge Rock Festival, and at Louder Than Life in 2023. On 24 October 2024, the ensemble performed at Taffeta Music Hall in Lowell, Massachusetts with American rock band Silent Theory. In April 2025, the group will tour the Northeastern United States and Ohio. Critical reception Sofar Sounds stated that their extended play album ''one small stEP'' "puts its kinetic, intelligent tracks on display and shows that Major Moment has the power to reach a global audience". Hard Rock
Hard rock or heavy rock is a loosely defined subgenre of rock music typified by aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitars. Hard rock began in the mid-1960s with the garage, psychedelic and blues rock movements. Louder Than Life
Louder Than Life is a hard rock and metal festival that takes place in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. The event is known to also feature whiskey, craft beer, gourmet food and multiple exhibits. It has made a large economic impact on the city of Louisville. History The first Louder Than Life was a two-day festival hosted at Champions Park in 2014 The 2015 festival also featured live matches between wrestlers from WWE NXT. In 2018 the festival was cancelled due to continuing rain and deteriorating conditions at Champions Park. Silent Theory is a rock band from Moscow, Idaho, United States. It was founded in 2010 by drummer Mitch Swanger and lead vocalist Nick Osborn before adding rhythm guitarist Bob James and Swanger's brothers, lead guitarist Scott and bassist George. Nick Osborn left the band in 2013, and in 2014, Dakota Jerns joined them as the lead vocalist.
