Major Bludd (Sebastian Bludd) is a fictional character from the '' G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero'' toyline, comic books, and animated series. He is a mercenary working for the Cobra Organization. Profile Born in Sydney, Australia, Sebastian Bludd was trained by the Australian Special Air Service, served with that regiment in Southeast Asia, left to join the French Foreign Legion and saw action in Algeria, all before becoming a mercenary. He worked as a military advisor in a number of hostile countries where he committed acts of terrorism against peaceful governments throughout Europe. He is wanted on three continents (especially Rhodesia, Libya) for numerous war crimes, and even a few crimes against humanity. Mercenary
A mercenary, sometimes also known as a soldier of fortune or hired gun, is a private individual, particularly a soldier, that joins a military conflict for personal profit, is otherwise an outsider to the conflict, and is not a member of any other official military. General Flagg is the code name as well as the rank and surname of two fictional characters from the toyline, cartoon and comic series, '' G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero''. The original Brigadier General Lawrence J. Flagg is a character who was created specifically for the comics to serve as the G.I.
