Magnar Sortåsløkken (born 1 August 1947 in Ringsaker) is a Norwegian politician for the Socialist Left Party. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Hedmark in 1985, and was re-elected on two occasions. Sortåsløkken was a member of Ringsaker is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. Magnar Solberg
Magnar Solberg (born 4 February 1937) is a former Norwegian biathlete and police officer. He won a gold medal in the 20 km at the 1968 and 1972 Winter Olympics; his 4 × 7.5 km relay teams placed second in 1968 and fourth in 1972. In 1968 he was awarded Morgenbladets Gullmedalje, and in 1972 served as the Olympic flag bearer for Norway at the opening ceremony. He was one of the 16 former Norwegian athletes selected to bring in the Olympic Flag at the Opening Ceremony of the 1994 Winter Olympics. After retiring from competitions Solberg became a police officer. He was one of the officers responsible for the miscarriage of justice against Fritz Moen, by adjusting a murder victims time of death in order to dismiss Moens alibi. He later admitted to wrongdoing, retired from the police force, and worked in the insurance industry.

Magnar Sætre (12 November 1940 – 5 December 2002) was a Norwegian typographer and politician for the Labour Party. Early years He was born in Bergen as a son of principal Peder Sætre and Martha née Johannesen. Early career He underwent apprenticeship as a typographer in Haugesund, finishing in 1965. After two years as a typographer in '' Haugesunds Dagblad'' he was hired in ''Haugesunds Avis'' in 1968. He chaired the trade union branch in ''Haugesunds Avis'' from 1973 to 1983, and chaired the local Graphical Union from 1972 to 1973. Magnar Ødegaard
Magnar Ødegaard (; born 11 May 1993) is a Norwegian footballer who plays for Sarpsborg 08 as a centre back. Club career Ødegaard was born in Fredrikstad and played for Skjeberg SK and Borgen IL during his youth. He later joined Sarpsborg 08, where he made his debut for the first-team in the 2009 Norwegian First Division. He was wanted by Italian club Brescia in June 2010, but Sarpsborg 08 did not give Ødegaard permission to go on a trial mid-season. Following Sarpsborg 08's promotion to Tippeligaen Ødegaard made his debut in at the first tier on 3 April 2011, when Sarpsborg 08 won 1–0 against Sogndal. Magnar Norderhaug (21 July 1939 – 22 April 2006) was a Norwegian zoologist and ecologist. Biography He was a cand.real. by education. Magnar Lussand
Magnar Lussand (18 July 1945 – 24 September 2019) was a Norwegian school principal and politician for the Centre Party. He was born in Lussand, Ullensvang, and after graduating from teachers' college in 1971 he spent six years as a teacher in Kinsarvik. From 1977 he was an inspector and principal in the neighboring municipality of Granvin. Lussand was a member of Ullensvang municipal council from 1976 to 1977, Granvin municipal council from 1980 to 1991, and Hordaland county council from 1984. He served as the mayor of Granvin. Magnar Lundemo
Magnar Lundemo (4 March 1938 in Meråker – 7 January 1987 in Meråker) was a Norwegian cross-country skier and track and field athlete. As a skier he participated in two Olympic Games and placed fourth at the 1962 World Championships. In the athletics he took several national titles, and recorded one nineteenth place at the 1962 European Championships. He was also a coach. Skiing He was national champion in cross-country skiing (15 kilometres) in 1961. He placed fourth in the same event at the Nordic World Ski Championships 1962, and also participated in the 1960 and 1964 Winter Olympics. In 1960 he placed sixteenth in the 30 km event, while in 1964 he placed eighth in the 15 km event and fourth in the 4 × 10 km relay event. Bjarne Lerum
Bjarne Magnar Lerum (1941 – 12 October 2010) was a Norwegian businessperson and politician for the Progress Party. He was a son of Karl Lerum, and brother of Kåre Lerum and Gerd Kjellaug Berge. Together with Kåre Lerum he was the owner of the family company Lerum in Sogndal. After the brothers passed the company on to their children in 2005, he was a board member and technical director of the company. Magnar Isaksen
Magnar Nikolai Isaksen (13 October 1910 – 8 June 1979) was a Norwegian football (soccer) player who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics. At club level, Isaksen represented Kristiansund FK and Lyn. Career Magnar Isaksen was born in Kristiansund. He was capped 14 times for Norway and scored five goals. Isaksen was selected in Norway's squad who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics and won the bronze medal in the football tournament. He scored both Norway goals in the 2–0 win against Germany.
