Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom Park is a Amusement park, theme park at the Walt Disney World, Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. It opened on October 1, 1971, and is owned and operated by the Walt Disney Company through its Disney Experiences, Experiences division. The official park name has changed slightly over the years - from ''Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom'' (1971–1994) to ''The Magic Kingdom'' (1994–2017). The park was initialized by Walt Disney and designed by Walt Disney Imagineering, WED Enterprises. The park layout and attractions were based on Disneyland in Anaheim, California, and are dedicated to fairy tales and Disney characters. The Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management)
''The Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management)'' was an attraction located in the Magic Kingdom theme park at the Walt Disney World, Walt Disney World Resort. It was an updated version of Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room, which was previously known in the Florida park as Tropical Serenade, that featured the bird characters Iago (Aladdin), Iago and Zazu (Disney character), Zazu from the respective Walt Disney Animation Studios franchises ''Aladdin (franchise), Aladdin'' and ''The Lion King (franchise), The Lion King''. The attraction ran for almost thirteen years from April 1998 until January 2011, when a small fire damaged it, leading Disney to restore the original Enchanted Tiki Room to Florida. Mike Fink Keel Boats
Mike Fink Keel Boats (or River Rogue Keel Boats) were small boats that navigated the Rivers of America at Disneyland, the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Park in Disneyland Paris. History The Mike Fink Keel Boats were based on two episodes of the ''Davy Crockett'' miniseries which aired on the ''Disneyland'' TV show in 1955—"Davy Crockett's Keel Boat Race" (November 16) and " Davy Crockett and the River Pirates" (December 14). The ride was named after Mike Fink, the "King of the River" who lost the keel boat race. The two 38-foot boats, the ''Gullywhumper'' and the ''Bertha Mae'', were the actual props that had been used in making the TV shows a few months earlier. The boats were free-floating and traveled around Tom Sawyer Island. Riders would sit on benches either inside the cabin or on the roof of the cabin. Liberty Belle Riverboat
The ''Liberty Belle'' (formerly ''Richard F. Irvine'') is a steam-powered riverboat ride vehicle at Rivers of America in Magic Kingdom. It was the second boat ride vehicle to be introduced in this attraction and originally named after the late Disney executive Richard F. Irvine. It is a steam-powered sternwheeler replica. History The ''Richard F. Irvine'' Riverboat was the second riverboat to enter into service on May 20, 1973, in the Rivers of America at the Magic Kingdom park. Its other riverboat colleague, the '' Admiral Joe Fowler'', served from October 2, 1971, through fall 1980 when it was destroyed in a dry dock accident. The ''Richard F. The Hall of Presidents is a theater attraction located in Liberty Square at in Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort. The attraction is a multimedia presentation featuring Audio-Animatronic figures of all 45 individuals who have served as president of the United States. Originally conceived by Walt Disney as an attraction for Disneyland Park in California, the show opened on October 1, 1971, along with the rest of the Magic Kingdom. The Haunted Mansion
The Haunted Mansion is a dark ride, dark-ride attraction located at Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, and Tokyo Disneyland. The haunted house attraction features a ride-through tour in Omnimover vehicles called “Doom Buggies”, and a walk-through show is displayed to riders waiting in the queue line. Each location differs slightly in design, utilising a range of technology from centuries-old theatrical effects to modern special effects, including Audio-Animatronics. The Haunted Mansion inspired two similarly themed, but distinct attractions, Phantom Manor, and Mystic Manor, which exist at Disneyland Park (Paris) and Hong Kong Disneyland, respectively. Frontierland Shootin' Arcade
Frontierland Shootin' Arcade was an attraction in Walt Disney World Resort, Walt Disney World which simulates a shootout in Tombstone, AZ, Tombstone, Arizona, over Boot Hill in 1850. The gallery included a jail, hotel, bank, and cemetery with a total of 97 targets which are animated when shot. After over 50 years of operation, it was closed in 2024. There are similar versions at Disneyland in Anaheim, California under the name Frontierland Shootin' Exposition, Tokyo Disneyland under the name Westernland Shootin' Gallery, and Disneyland Park (Paris) under the name Rustler Roundup Shootin' Gallery. Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes
Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes is a free-floating canoe experience at several Disney theme parks. The oldest of the rides is located at the Disneyland park in Anaheim, California. Boarding from the park's Bayou Country section, up to twenty visitors paddle a canoe around the Rivers of America, accompanied by two guides. Tom Sawyer Island is an artificial island surrounded by the Rivers of America at Disneyland, Magic Kingdom and Tokyo Disneyland. The Rivers of America is the artificial river found in the Frontierland areas of Disneyland-style Walt Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products, Disney theme parks around the world. The first river was built in Disneyland when the park opened in 1955. It surrounds Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island, Tom Sawyer Island, which guests reach by raft from Frontierland. Additionally, there are other water-based vehicles on the river. The various sights along the Rivers include a Native American tribe and Audio-Animatronics, Audio-Animatronic wildlife. Country Bear Jamboree
The Country Bear Jamboree is an attraction in the Magic Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World, Walt Disney World Resort and Tokyo Disneyland at Tokyo Disney Resort. It was formerly located at Disneyland, Disneyland Park at Disneyland Resort. The attraction is also known as the Country Bear Musical Jamboree at Magic Kingdom (as of 2025) and the Country Bear Theater in Tokyo Disneyland. The attraction is a stage show featuring Audio-Animatronics, audio-animatronic figures. Most of the characters are bears who perform country music. Characters rise up to the stage on platforms, descend from the ceiling, and appear from behind curtains.
