''Made'' is a 1972 British drama film directed by John Mackenzie (film director), John Mackenzie and starring Carol White and Roy Harper (singer), Roy Harper. A young single mother has a relationship with an insecure rock star. It was written by Howard Barker based on his 1970 play ''No One Was Saved.'' Mackenzie later called it "a mess". Plot Valerie is a single mother working as a switchboard operator in Brighton while caring for her infant son as well as her mother, who is suffering from multiple sclerosis. She draws the interest of Mahdav, who is forcefully aggressive, as well as Father Dyson, who is controlling, but she has little time for either of them. She becomes infatuated with the touring musician Mike when she hears him speak about the unnecessary guilt placed on the innocent by religion. The Museum Of Art And Digital Entertainment
The Museum of Art and Digital Entertainment (stylized as The MADE) is an Oakland, California, museum dedicated to digital art and gaming, with fully playable gaming exhibits. Its mission is to inspire the next generation of digital creators through playable preservation. The Board of Directors and Board of Advisors are composed largely of veterans of the gaming industry, journalists, experts, and historians of the field. The museum was founded by the internationally published technology journalist Alex Handy, with Dr. Henry Lowood, Curator of Stanford University History of Science & Technology Collections and Film & Media Collections serving on the board of directors. In September 2015, the museum launched a Kickstarter campaign to acquire a venue in San Francisco, California, across the bay. Tilly Van Der Made
Tilly van der Zwaard (18 January 1938 – 6 February 2019) was a middle-distance running, middle distance Running, runner from the Netherlands. At the 1962 European Athletics Championships in Belgrade she won a bronze medal in the 400 metres, 400 m event, behind Maria Itkina of the Soviet Union and Joy Grieveson of Great Britain. Van der Zwaard twice represented her native country in the 400 m event at the Summer Olympics, in Athletics at the 1964 Summer Olympics, 1964 and Athletics at the 1968 Summer Olympics, 1968. Her best achievement was sixth place in 1964. She was born Mathilda Catrina van der Zwaard in Leiden, Netherlands. On 25 November 1964 she married Ger van der Made and changed her name to van der Made-van der Zwaard. After their divorce, she dropped van der Made from her name. Gerard Johannes "Sacco" van der Made (4 April 1918, Rotterdam – 21 December 1997, Rotterdam) was a Dutch actor.
