Maciej Olenderek (born 16 October 1992) is a Polish professional volleyball player who plays as a libero for Projekt Warsaw. Career Club He made his debut in the PlusLiga in 2011. In 2015, he extended his contract with AZS Politechnika Warszawska for the next 2 years. After 6 seasons in the club from Warsaw, he moved to Lotos Trefl Gdańsk. Żyrardów
Żyrardów is a town and former industrial hub in central Poland with approximately 41,400 inhabitants (2006). It is the capital of Żyrardów County in the Masovian Voivodeship, west of Warsaw. Etymology Żyrardów, initially a textile settlement, was named after France, French engineer and inventor Philippe de Girard, who worked in the area. History Origins A textile factory founded by the Feliks Łubieński, Łubieński brothers opened in the village of Ruda Guzowska in 1833, after it was moved from Marymont. Projekt Warsaw, officially known as PGE Projekt Warszawa, is a professional men's volleyball club based in Warsaw in central Poland. They compete in the Polish PlusLiga, the top flight of Polish volleyball. The club started as the volleyball section of the Academic Sports Association at the Warsaw University of Technology (AZS Politechnika Warszawska) in 1954. In 2005 it was transferred into a separate limited liability company and it has used various sponsor names since then. In 2017 the ''AZS Politechnika Warszawska'' name was abandoned in favour of the sponsor name ''Orico Warszawa''. Since 2019 the club's main name has been Projekt Warszawa.
