Maciej Makuszewski
Maciej Makuszewski (born 29 September 1989) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a winger. He currently serves as the sporting director of III liga, group I club Wigry Suwałki. Club career Makuszewski started his career with UKS SMS Łódź. In the summer of 2008, he joined Wigry Suwałki on a one-year deal. In June 2010, he moved to Jagiellonia Białystok where he signed a four-year contract. On 6 September 2012, Makuszewski signed a three-year contract with the Russian Russian Premier League team, Terek Grozny. In January 2014 he was loaned to Lechia Gdańsk for six months with an option to buy. On 11 July 2016, he joined Lech Poznań on a one-year loan with an option to buy. He joined Lech permanently on a three-yeal deal on 16 June 2017. He left the club by mutual consent on 12 February 2020. III liga (Trzecia liga), currently named Betclic III liga due to its sponsorship by Betclic, is a Polish football league that sits in the fourth tier of the Polish football league system. 2010–11 Ekstraklasa
The 2010–11 Ekstraklasa was the 77th season of the highest level of football leagues in Poland since its establishment in 1927. It began on 6 August 2010 and concluded on 29 May 2011. A total of 16 teams participated, 14 of which competed in the league during the 2009–10 season, while the remaining two were promoted from the I Liga. Each team played a total of 30 matches, half at home and half away. Wisła Kraków won the title, which marked their 13th title in total. II Liga
II liga (Druga liga, ), currently named Betclic II liga due to its sponsorship by Betclic, is a Polish football league that sits at the third tier of the Polish football league system. Until the end of the 2007–08 season, ''II Liga'' referred to a league at the 2nd tier, although this changed with the formation of the Ekstraklasa as the top level league in Poland. Currently, II liga is below I liga and above III liga. Since the 2014–15 season, the league consists of a single division, unlike previous seasons when it was divided into two groups, ''West'' and ''East''. The league consists of 18 teams. The top two finishers are rewarded with automatic promotion to the I liga, while the teams ranked third to sixth face each other in promotion play-offs. The Russian Cup () is a football competition held annually by the Football Union of Russia for professional and some amateur (only after a special permission and licensing by Russian Football Union) football clubs. The winner of the competition ordinarily got a spot in the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round.
