Mac Lesggy
Olivier Lesgourgues, (1 August 1962) better known as Mac Lesggy is a French television presenter and producer. Biography Mac Lesggy was born Olivier Lesgourgues in Bayonne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques. He spent his childhood in Biarritz and obtained his baccalaureate there in 1979. He later graduated from the Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon in 1984. He began his professional career studying statistics and marketing. Career In 1990, he did a professional training in television jobs. He established at the same time a project for a scientific television program accepted by the channel M6. To produce it, he founded the society VM Productions that later became VM Group. Since February 1991, he has hosted the scientific television program ''E=M6''. Since the early 2000s he has hosted a number of television programs such as ''Le grand test'', ''Le grand quizz'' and ''QI'', a television IQ test. Bayonne
Bayonne (; eu, Baiona ; oc, label= Gascon, Baiona ; es, Bayona) is a city in Southwestern France near the Spanish border. It is a commune and one of two subprefectures in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Bayonne is located at the confluence of the Nive and Adour rivers in the northern part of the cultural region of the Basque Country. Stéphane Rotenberg (born 21 September 1967) is a French journalist and television presenter. Background and early life Stéphane Rotenberg's grandparents are from Polish families who settled in the Nord-Pas de Calais Mining Basin of Lens. His paternal grandparents, Polish Jews, fled oppression, while his maternal grandparents, Polish Catholics, came to France looking for work. One of his grandfathers is a miner, the other is a furniture manufacturer. Stéphane Rotenberg was born in Lens, but when he was two and a half years old, his parents left Pas-de-Calais to find work in Paris. In 1985, he ceased studying for the baccalauréat, France's secondary schooling qualification, three months before the exams, preferring to immediately start a career as a journalist. The ''7 d'Or'' or ''Sept d'Or'' (French for "Seven of Gold" or "Golden Seven") was a French television production award (similar in nature to the Emmy Awards), presented by '' Télé 7 Jours'' (a weekly French magazine with listings of TV shows). The awards were presented in the fall of each year from 1985 to 2003 (no awards were presented in 1992, 1998 and 2002) during a televised "Night of the 7 d'Or" awards ceremony (1988 and 2003 were not televised). The first ceremonies took place in Le Lido in Paris. Since 2003, several attempts have been made to bring back the "7 d'Or" awards.
