But to suit the Indian sensibilities, the concept has been changed to swap mothers instead. Hindi Language
Modern Standard Hindi (, ), commonly referred to as Hindi, is the standardised variety of the Hindustani language written in the Devanagari script. Sony Entertainment Television (abbreviated as SET) is an Indian Hindi-language general entertainment pay television channel that was launched in 1995 and is owned by Culver Max Entertainment, a division of Sony Pictures. History This channel was launched on 8 October 1995 which started airing many dramatic and reality shows. It also started airing all Disney Channel shows and Disney movies until 2003. It also aired ''CID'' and '' Crime Patrol''. In 2006, Sony made an adaptation of the famous show Big Brother, Bigg Boss. Rohinton Soli Screwvala (born 8 September 1956), known professionally as Ronnie Screwvala, is an Indian entrepreneur, investor and film producer. Surekha Sikri
Surekha Sikri (19 April 1945 16 July 2021) was an Indian actress widely known for her performance in theatre, films and television. She has received several awards, including a Filmfare Award and three National Film Awards. A veteran of Hindi theatre, she made her debut in the 1977 political drama film '' Kissa Kursi Ka'' and went on to play supporting roles in numerous Hindi and Malayalam films, as well as in Indian soap operas. Sikri won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress thrice, for her roles in '' Tamas'' (1988), ''Mammo'' (1995) and '' Badhaai Ho'' (2018). Wife Swap (British TV Series)
''Wife Swap'' is a British reality television programme that aired on Channel 4 from 7 January 2003 to 15 June 2017. In the programme, two families, usually from different social classes and lifestyles, swap wives/mothers – and sometimes husbands – for two weeks. In fact, the programme will usually deliberately swap wives with dramatically different lifestyles, such as a messy wife swapping with a fastidiously neat one. Despite using a phrase from the swinging lifestyle, couples participating in the show do not share a bed with the "swapped" spouse while "swapping" homes. In November 2009, Channel 4 announced that they had cancelled ''Wife Swap'', and no new episodes of the show would be made for the channel. The final episode was broadcast in December 2009.
