Jasin District
Jasin District is one of the three administrative district in Malacca, Malaysia. It borders Tangkak District of Johor to the east, Tampin District of Negeri Sembilan to the north and Alor Gajah District and Melaka Tengah District to the west. The district capital is Jasin Town. Mohd Adib Mohamad Adam
Datuk Seri Mohd Adib bin Mohamad Adam (2 July 1941 – 21 September 2022) was a Malaysian politician who served as the 5th Chief Minister of Malacca from July 1978 to April 1982, Minister of Rural Development, Cooperatives and Entrepreneurship from 1984 to 1986 and Minister of Information from 1982 to 1984. He was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition and member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), presently a component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition and formerly Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. Tun Musa bin Hitam ( Jawi: موسى بن هيتم; born 18 April 1934) is a Malaysian politician who was Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia from 1981 to 1986, serving under Mahathir Mohamad. He was the chairman of Sime Darby Berhad. Early life and education Musa bin Hitam was born in Johor Bahru, British Malaya in 1934. Musa was born to a Malay father of Javanese descent and a mother of Chinese descent, who was adopted by and grew up in a Malay household at the age of five. Penilaian Menengah Rendah (commonly abbreviated as PMR; Malay for ''Lower Secondary Assessment'') was a Malaysian public examination targeting Malaysian adolescents and young adults between the ages of 13 to 30 years taken by all Form Three high school and college students in both government and private schools throughout the country from independence in 1957 to 2013. It was formerly known as Sijil Rendah Pelajaran (SRP; Malay for ''Lower Certificate of Education''). It was set and examined by the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate (Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia), an agency under the Ministry of Education.
