The Modular Fragmentation Munition (Russian: Модульный Осколочный Боеприпас, Translit. ''Modulniy Oskolochniy Boyepripas'') is a Russian high-explosive directional anti-personnel mine developed for the Russian Armed Forces. Description The MOB is hand-placed plastic-bodied mine that can be command- or victim-activated.
