PT MDTV Media Televisi (MDTV, formerly known as NET. and Spacetoon Indonesia) is an Indonesian national private television broadcaster owned by MDTV Media Technologies and Industri Mitra Media under the auspices of MD Entertainment. This television network conducted a trial broadcast as NET. on 18 May 2013 and was officially launched on 26 May 2013 at 19:00 WIB by replacing the terrestrial feed of Spacetoon Indonesia. Television In Indonesia
Television in Indonesia started in 1962 (during the opening ceremony of the 1962 Asian Games), when the then state-run station TVRI began broadcasting – the third country in Southeast Asia to do so. TVRI held a television monopoly in Indonesia until 1989 when the first commercial station, RCTI began as a local station and was subsequently granted a national license a year later. TVRI (, Television of the Republic of Indonesia) is an Indonesian national public television network and one of Indonesia's two national Public Broadcasting Institutions, the other being the public radio network RRI. First publicly airing in 24 August 1962, on the opening day of, and established as part of the preparations for, the 1962 Asian Games, it is the oldest television network in the country. The 2015 Indonesia Super League, also known as QNB League for sponsorship reasons, was the 7th season of the top-flight Indonesian professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 2008. The season was planned to be started in February 2015. It was first officially announced that the 2015 Indonesia Super League would start on 1 February 2015, with verification process for the participants done in December 2014 but because of the reduction to participants to 18 teams, it was planned to start either on 21 or 22 February.
