M. Suresh Kumar
Mani Suresh Kumar (19 April 1973 – 9 October 2020) was an Indian first-class cricketer who played for Kerala in the Ranji Trophy. He was born in Alleppey, Kerala, India. Kumar has also played for India U-19 under the captaincy of Rahul Dravid against New Zealand U-19 in 1992. Mani was a left-hand batsman and slow left-arm orthodox bowler. He took a hat-trick in the 1995-96 Ranji Trophy playing for Kerala against Rajasthan. M. Suresh Kumar committed suicide by hanging on 9 October 2020 in Alappuzha. Alleppey
Alappuzha or Alleppey () is the administrative headquarters of Alappuzha district in state of Kerala, India. The Backwaters of Alappuzha are one of the most popular tourist attractions in India which attracts millions of domestic and international tourists. Rajasthan Cricket Team
The Rajasthan cricket team is a cricket team which represents the Indian state of Rajasthan. Hat-trick (cricket)
In cricket, a hat-trick occurs when a bowler takes three wickets with consecutive deliveries. The deliveries may be interrupted by an over bowled by another bowler from the other end of the pitch or the other team's innings, but must be three consecutive deliveries by the individual bowler in the same match. Only wickets attributed to the bowler count towards a hat-trick; run outs do not count, although they can contribute towards a so-called team hat-trick, which is ostensibly a normal hat-trick except that the three successive deliveries can be wickets from any bowler in the team and with any mode of dismissal. Hat-tricks are rare, and as such are treasured by bowlers. The term is also sometimes used to mean winning the same competition three times in a row.
