Lívio Tragtenberg
Lívio Romano Tragtenberg (born 1961) is a Brazilian musician, composer, music theorist, professor and record producer. Biography Tragtenberg was born in São Paulo in 1961, to professor and sociologist and actress . On his father's side, he is of German-Jewish descent, and has a brother – Marcelo, a physician – and a sister – Lucila, a soprano singer. When he was 13 years old he learned by himself how to play the drum kit, leading on to other instruments. During his later youth he met and befriended poets Décio Pignatari and siblings Haroldo and Augusto de Campos, who heavily influenced him, later dropping out from high school to follow a career on music. His debut album, ''Ritual'', came out in 1980. Later in the 1980s he composed the operas ''O. de A. do Brasil'' and ''O Inferno de Wall Street'', the latter based on a poem by 19th-century author Sousândrade, and was a session musician for the 1988 EP '' The Early Years'', by progressive rock band Violeta de Outono ...

''The Early Years'' is an EP by Brazilian psychedelic rock band Violeta de Outono, released on July 21, 1988, by now-defunct independent label Wop-Bop Records. It is Violeta de Outono's third official release. It contains cover versions of songs by some of the band's major influences: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Gong and The Rolling Stones. In sound and music, sampling is the reuse of a portion (or sample) of a sound recording in another recording. Samples may comprise elements such as rhythm, melody, speech, or sound effects. A sample might comprise only a fragment of sound, or a longer portion of music, such as a drum beat or melody. "Matador de Passarinho" ( Portuguese for "''Bird Killer''") is a song written, composed and performed by the Brazilian musician Rogério Skylab, and originally included on his second studio album, ''Skylab'', from 1999. In an interview Skylab explained that the song is a "perversion" of "Passaredo", a composition by Francis Hime and Chico Buarque. Before appearing in recorded form, the song obtained fame after one of Skylab's appearances at Jô Soares' late-night talk show ''Jô Soares Onze e Meia'' in the mid-1990s, becoming one of the musician's greatest hits. Skylab & Tragtenberg, Vol
Skylab was the United States' first space station, launched by NASA, occupied for about 24 weeks between May 1973 and February 1974. It was operated by three trios of astronaut crews: Skylab 2, Skylab 3, and Skylab 4. Skylab was constructed from a repurposed Saturn V third stage (the S-IVB), and took the place of the stage during launch. Operations included an orbital workshop, a solar observatory, Earth observation and hundreds of experiments. Lúcia Murat
Lúcia Murat (born 1949) is a Brazilian filmmaker. Murat participated in the student and guerrilla movements against the military dictatorship in Brazil in the 1960–1970s. She was imprisoned and tortured by military agents; that experience exerted a strong influence on her work. Murat worked as a journalist for newspapers like ''Jornal do Brasil'' and ''O Globo'' before becoming a film director. Her feature film ''Que Bom Te Ver Viva'' is a compendium of stories and memories of her and other political prisoners. Tata Amaral (born 1960, in São Paulo) is a Brazilian director, writer, producer and actress. She has won various awards across South America, including 'Best director' and 'Best film'.
