Lyzohub Government
The Lyzohub Government was the first official government of Ukrainian State that was confirmed on 4 May 1918 after Pavlo Skoropadsky managed to oust the previous socialist government led by Vsevolod Holubovych and dissolve the Central Council of Ukraine. Most of its candidates were already pre-selected by Mykola Vasylenko who took the portfolio of Minister of National Education. On October 5, 1918 the opposition represented by the Ukrainian National Union and led by Volodymyr Vynnychenko demanded almost half of government portfolios, but managed to convince the Hetman of Ukraine Pavlo Skoropadsky to include five of its own ministers. On October 24 that petition was approved. The same day several dismissed ministers wrote the "Statement of niners" where they urged the government to sign federalization agreement with Russia. Ukrainian State
The Ukrainian State ( uk, Українська Держава, translit=Ukrainska Derzhava), sometimes also called the Second Hetmanate ( uk, Другий Гетьманат, translit=Druhyi Hetmanat, link=no), was an anti-Bolshevik government that existed on most of the modern territory of Ukraine (except for Western Ukraine) from 29 April to 14 December 1918. It was installed by German military authorities after the socialist-leaning Central Council of the Ukrainian People's Republic was dispersed on 28 April 1918. Ukraine turned into a provisional dictatorship of Hetman of Ukraine Pavlo Skoropadskyi, who outlawed all socialist-oriented political parties, creating an anti-Bolshevik front with the Russian State. Yuri Sokolovsky (born 11 April 1995) is a Ukrainian footballer who plays as a defender. Career Sokolovsky began his career in 2012 with FC Ternopil in the Ukrainian Second League. Maksym Slavinsky (also as Slavynsky uk, Максим Антонович Славинський ;12 August 1868 in Stavyshche, Kiev Governorate - 23 November 1945 in Kiev) was a Ukrainian journalist, political and public figure, diplomat and statesman. He was an editor of many newspapers of liberal and pro-Ukrainian disposition in the Russian Empire. In 1918 Slavinsky was appointed as Minister of Labor, serving in the position for less than a month. Born in the Ukrainian town of Stavyshche of the Kiev Governorate, Slavinsky graduated from the Second Kiev Gymnasium. Oleksander Lototsky ( uk, Олекса́ндр Ігна́тович Лото́цький; russian: Алекса́ндр Игна́тьевич Лото́цкий) was a Ukrainian statesman, diplomat, writer, and scientist. He was a member of the Association of the Ukrainian Progressionists (TUP). Lototsky graduated from the Kiev Theological Academy in 1896. In 1900-17 he worked in the office of state controller in Kiev and Saint Petersburg. During World War I Lototsky served as a gubernatorial commissar of Bukovina and Pokuttia.
