Lynda Morgan Lovejoy (born February 1, 1949) is an American politician. She is a former Democratic member of the New Mexico Senate. She earned an Associate of Arts degree in elementary education from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University. New Mexico Public Regulation Commission
The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission or NMPRC is an independent state agency created by the New Mexico Constitution. It is charged with ensuring safe operations and reliable utility services at fair, just, and reasonable rates consistent with the State’s legal, economic, environmental, and social policies.
