Luksang Tagumpay is a 1956 Filipino drama film by Gregorio Fernandez starring Jaime de la Rosa, Delia Razon Delia Razon (born Lucy May Grytz; born August 8, 1931) is a Filipina actress born to a German father and a Spanish Filipina mother.
