Hot Hot Heat was a Canadian indie rock band from Victoria, British Columbia, formed in 1999. The band was signed to Seattle label Sub Pop in 2001 and Warner Records throughout the majority of their career. The band has released five full-length albums to date, their first and critically acclaimed, ''Make Up the Breakdown'' (2002), ''Elevator'' (2005), ''Happiness Ltd.'' (2007), ''Future Breeds'' (2010) and their last before disbanding, ''Hot Hot Heat'' (2016). The band's style makes use of electronic and traditional instruments and has variously been categorized as dance-punk, post-punk revival, and art-punk. The Cure
The Cure are an English Rock music, rock band formed in Crawley in 1976 by Robert Smith (musician), Robert Smith (vocals, guitar) and Lol Tolhurst (drums). New Wave Music

Roland Juno-60
The Roland Juno-60 is an analog synthesizer manufactured by the Roland Corporation between 1982 and 1984. It followed the Juno-6, an almost identical synthesizer released months earlier. The Juno synthesizers introduced Roland's digitally controlled oscillators, allowing for greatly improved tuning stability over its competitors. The Juno-6 and Juno-60 were introduced as low-cost alternatives to polyphonic synths such as the Sequential Circuits Prophet-5 and Roland's own Jupiter-8. Its built-in chorus effect was designed to make up for the weaker sound of its single oscillator, and it went on to become its signature effect. Record Store Day
Record Store Day is a semi-annual event established in 2008 to "celebrate the culture of the independently owned record store". Held on one Saturday (typically the third) every April and every Black Friday in November, the day brings together fans, artists, and thousands of independent record stores around the world. ''Elevator'' is Hot Hot Heat's second studio album, released on April 4, 2005 internationally and a day later on April 5 in the United States, with an April 25 release in the UK. It ranked #57 in Amazon.com's Top 100 Editor's Picks of 2005. It is the band's last album to feature original guitarist Dante DeCaro, who left after the recording of this album.
