Luisa Mattioli
Luisa Mattioli (23 March 1936 – October 2021) was an Italian actress. She was active in cinema and television during the 1950s and 1960s, and was notably the third wife of Roger Moore. Biography Mattioli met Roger Moore in 1961 while filming '' Romulus and the Sabines''. However, Moore was married to Dorothy Squires at the time, and the couple was not able to get married until 11 April 1969. The couple had three children: Deborah, Geoffrey and Christian. The two separated in 1993 and divorced in 2000. Mattioli died in Zürich, Switzerland in October 2021, at the age of 85. ''Mia nonna poliziotto'' (i.e. "My Grandma a Policewoman") is a 1958 Italian comedy film directed by Steno and starring Tina Pica. Plot The old grandmother Tina arrives in town to attend the wedding of his nephew Alberto with his girlfriend Ileana. Upon arrival she discovers that she has been stolen of a medallion that her late husband had given her. He goes to the police station to file a complaint and get the dear object back, but given the length of the investigation, he decides to carry out the search for the thief himself, combining a great deal of mess. Eventually, by chance, he finds the thief, who lives in the same hotel, also managing to have an entire gang of criminals arrested. Dorothy Squires
Dorothy Squires (born Edna May Squires, 25 March 1915 – 14 April 1998) was a Welsh singer. Her early successes were achieved with " The Gypsy", " A Tree in the Meadow" and "I'm Walking Behind You" by her partner Billy Reid, and " Say It with Flowers" written by Squires with piano accompaniment by Russ Conway. Among her later well-known recordings were versions of "Till", "My Way", and "For Once in My Life". Other notable cover songs included "A Lovely Way to Spend an Evening", "I'm in the Mood for Love", "Anytime", "If You Love Me (Really Love Me)" and " And So to Sleep Again".
