Luis Tavares
Luis Tavares (born 8 September 1991) is a Dutch-Cape Verdean kickboxer. He is the former Enfusion Heavyweight and Super Heavyweight champion. He was ranked as a top ten light heavyweight kickboxer by Combat Press as between May 2017 and April 2023, and by Beyond Kickboxing between October 2022 and November 2023. Early life Tavares was born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands to Cape Verdean parents. He played youth football for Sparta Rotterdam, where played together with Georgino Wijnaldum, Lerin Duarte and Garry Rodrigues but later switched to kickboxing. Kickboxing career In December 2012, Tavares won his first professional title, the IRO 95 kg European title, with a fourth round knockout of Rodney Glunder. In March 2014, Tavares won his first professional world title, the IKA 95 kg title, with a decision win against Hicham Achalhi. Artem Vakhitov
Artem Olegovich Vakhitov (; born April 4, 1991) is a Russian kickboxer who competes in the Light heavyweight division of Glory. Having begun practicing Muay Thai at eleven years old, Vakhitov first came to prominence due to a successful amateur career by winning three world championships as well as taking gold in 2013 at the World Combat Games. He turned professional in 2009, and signed with Glory in 2013, where he would twice be crowned the Glory Light Heavyweight Champion. As of 2 February Vakhitov is ranked the #1 light-heavyweight and #4 pound-for-pound kickboxer in the world by Combat Press. The year 2022 was the eleventh year in the history of Glory, an international kickboxing promotion. Glory 80 and Glory 80 Studio were available exclusively through the Glory Fights Pay-per-view platform. Sergej Maslobojev (born 22 May 1987) is a Lithuanians, Lithuanian mixed martial artist, Boxer (boxing), boxer and kickboxer, currently signed with Glory (kickboxing), GLORY, where he is the current Glory (kickboxing)#Glory Light Heavyweight Championship, Glory Light Heavyweight champion. 2019 In Glory
The year 2019 was the eighth year in the history of Glory, an international kickboxing promotion. The first event of the year, Glory 63: Houston, would also be the first to be broadcast on UFC Fight Pass as part of a new agreement with the UFC that saw their Fight Pass streaming service become the exclusive carrier of Glory events in the United States. Glory events were also broadcast through television agreements with Veronica TV, and other regional channels around the world. Stéphane Ippo Susperregui (born 31 August 1984) is a French kickboxer. He is the current WKN World Oriental Rules Heavyweight and former WKA K-1 World Heavyweight champion. He is ranked as the fifth best light heavyweight in the world by Combat Press as of September 2022, and sixth best by Beyond Kick as of October 2022.
