Ludovic Sylvestre (born 5 February 1984) is a French former professional association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. He is the sporting director at Red Star F.C., Red Star. Career Youth career Born in the Communes of France, commune of Le Blanc-Mesnil in Seine-Saint-Denis, as a youth, Sylvestre spent time at INF Clairefontaine, Clairefontaine football academy until 2000, En Avant de Guingamp, Guingamp and then RC Strasbourg, Strasbourg. Barcelona In 2005, he was signed by La Liga side FC Barcelona, Barcelona. Playing for FC Barcelona B, B teams he made just two league appearances for Barça.
