The Land Of The Dead
''The Land of the Dead'' is a Big Finish Productions audio drama based on the long-running British science fiction television series '' Doctor Who''. Plot Hovering just above Alaska in 1964, the TARDIS picks up some strange energy emissions of a type the Doctor and Nyssa cannot make head nor tail of. Before they can try, they are forced to dematerialise to avoid a collision with a light aircraft. But the TARDIS is apparently following a scent and takes them to the same place thirty years later. There they encounter a new kind of habitat, occupied by the obsessive Englishman Brett, Monica his interior designer and Tulung, the half-Inuit, brought up in America. Lucy Jean Campbell is an applied mathematician and numerical analyst from Barbados, Jamaica, Ghana, and Canada, specializing in the applications of fluid dynamics to modeling the earth's atmosphere and oceans. Beyond fluid dynamics, she has also investigated methods for tracing the sources of greenhouse gas emissions. She is an associate professor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Carleton University. Early life and education Campbell was born in Barbados. Her father, Merville O'Neale Campbell, was a mathematician at the University of the West Indies and was the first person from Barbados to earn a doctorate in mathematics. Lily Sullivan is an Australian actress, known for her role as Coral in the 2012 film '' Mental'' and in the lead role of Miranda in the 2018 TV series '' Picnic At Hanging Rock''. Early life and education Sullivan's father is an importer of medical equipment, and her mother a visual artist, who emigrated to Australia from the UK together before Lily's birth. She grew up in Queensland and attended John Paul College in early years then went to Calvary Christian College in year 2 in Logan City, graduating in 2011. After seeing a production of ''A Streetcar Named Desire'' on stage in Brisbane as a teenager, Sullivan became enamoured with the idea of acting, and planned to audition for one of the major drama schools.
