Luboš Kalouda
Luboš Kalouda (born 20 May 1987) is a Czech former footballer. He retired in 2018 at age 31 because of injury. Club career Kalouda started his club career with Brno, where he made his Czech First League debut in a match against FK Teplice on 3 December 2006. In January 2008 Brno were offered €4million by Juventus F.C., who saw Kalouda as a possible long term replacement for Nedvěd; however, the teams failed to reach an agreement. Despite interest from clubs including English Premier League team Newcastle United, Kalouda signed a five-year contract at PFC CSKA Moscow with a transfer fee of between 130 and 140 million CZK. However, he started playing for their youth team there and was injured. A year later, it was announced that Kalouda would be returning to the Czech Republic on a year-long loan deal to Sparta Prague. Russian Cup (football)
The Russian Cup () is a football competition held annually by the Football Union of Russia for professional and some amateur (only after a special permission and licensing by Russian Football Union) football clubs. The winner of the competition ordinarily got a spot in the UEFA Europa League group stage. However, all Russian clubs, as well as the national team, have been barred from European competition due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The 2009–10 Czech First League, known as the Gambrinus liga for sponsorship reasons, was the seventeenth season of the Czech Republic's top-tier football. It started on 24 July 2009 and ended on 15 May 2010. Defending champions Slavia Prague could only finish seventh in the league, 21 points behind eventual winners Sparta Prague. Karel Brückner
Karel Brückner (; born 13 November 1939, Olomouc) is a Czech retired football coach. Playing career Brückner played as a forward in the lower leagues for MŽ Olomouc, at levels between the Regional Championship and the Second League. He made two appearances for Baník Ostrava in the Czechoslovak First League during the 1970–71 season. Coaching career Brückner began his coaching career in 1973 with his home club SK Sigma Olomouc, before moving to FC Zbrojovka Brno, who he led in the Czechoslovak First League in the 1981–82 and 1982–83 seasons. He later went on to coach Inter Bratislava with which he won the Slovakia Cup in 1985. He was appointed coach of the Czech Republic national under-21 football team in 1997 and the side finished second at the 2000 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.
