Luan Muca (born August 5, 1971) is an Albanian businessman. He is the president and CEO of Delta Group, a company he founded in 1996. He is also the owner of Deutsch Color, a paint production company he founded in 2012. Education Muca was born in Elbasan on August 5, 1971. He studied at the Aleksandër Xhuvani University of Elbasan. Career In 2012, Muca founded Deutsch Color. The company has 5 factories across Europe, Africa and Asia. Since 2019, Muca has operated in the United States. Muca built a factory in Bergamo, Italy in 2022. Elbasan
Elbasan ( , ; sq-definite, Elbasani, ) is the fourth most populous city of Albania and seat of Elbasan County and Elbasan Municipality.
