Louis Dugauguez
Louis Dugauguez (21 February 1918 – 22 September 1991) was a French Association football, football player and football manager. Playing career Louis Dugauguez played amateur football for , , RC Lens, Lens, Toulouse FC (1937), Toulouse, Carvin and CS Sedan Ardennes, Sedan, where he began his coaching career as a player-coach of the side. Coaching career He managed CS Sedan Ardennes, Sedan and led the team to success in Coupe de France twice, in Coupe de France Final 1956, 1956 and Coupe de France Final 1961, 1961. In 1967, he became France national football team, France national team manager, but his stint was short and unsuccessful. CS Sedan Ardennes's Stade Louis Dugauguez, stadium is named after him. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
