Louie Rankin
Leonard Ford (b. 1953 – 30 September 2019), known professionally as Louie Rankin, was a Jamaican dancehall reggae artist and actor. Life and career Leonard Ford was born in Saint Thomas Parish, Jamaica and grew up in Rockfort and East Kingston. His most successful song was the single "Typewriter", released in 1992. In his lyrics, Rankin often referred to himself as the "Original Don Dada," a term used by many of his dancehall competitors, such as Super Cat. Rankin also performed notable acting roles as a Jamaican " gangsta", in the movies ''Shottas'' and ''Belly''. He lived in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and was considered "the real Jamaican Don Dada". Rankin was a member of the Screen Actors Guild. Saint Thomas Parish, Jamaica
Saint Thomas(), once known as ''Saint Thomas in the East'', is a suburban parish situated at the south eastern end of Jamaica, within the county of Surrey. It is the birthplace of Paul Bogle, designated in 1969 as one of Jamaica's seven National Heroes. Morant Bay, its chief town and capital, is the site of the Morant Bay Rebellion in 1865, of which Bogle was a leader. Representative George William Gordon, a wealthy mixed race businessman and politician from this district, was tried and executed in 1865 under martial law on suspicion of directing the rebellion. Governor Eyre was forced to resign due to the controversy over his execution of Gordon and violent suppression of the rebellion. Gordon was designated in 1969 as a National Hero. Ontario Highway 89
King's Highway 89, commonly referred to as Highway 89, is an east–west provincially maintained highway in the south central portion of the Canadian province of Ontario, stretching from the junction of Highway 9 and Highway 23 in Harriston in the west, to Highway 400 just east of Cookstown in the east. The principal urban centres along the highway include Alliston, Shelburne and Mount Forest. Outside these towns, the highway travels through rural farmland across a large part of southwestern Ontario. Hanover is a town in the Canadian province of Ontario with a population of about 7,967 residents. It is located in southwestern Grey County, bordering on Bruce County, west of Durham and east of Walkerton on Grey/Bruce Road 4.
