Jose Luis Ocampo, professionally known as Louie Ocampo (born June 21, 1960) is a Filipino composer and arranger best known for his association with Martin Nievera. Regarded as one of the pillars and icons of Original Pilipino Music (OPM). His numerous hits, mostly collaborations, include ''Tell Me'', ''Kahit Isang Saglit'', ''Ewan,'' and ''You Are My Song''. Life and career In 1981, Ocampo studied music and film scoring at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Side A (band)
Side A is a Filipino pop band formed in 1985. They gained recognition in the Filipino music scene in the late 1980s through to the early 2000s. They are best known for their single "Forevermore." In 1993, the group's third album went triple platinum and in the mid-1990s, Side A garnered two Awit Awards. History Side A was founded in 1985 by the brothers Rodel and Naldy Gonzalez, Mar Dizon, Gabe Escalon, Bobot Barroga and their original lead singer Ding Silverio. The band played at Holiday Inn, Rumors, Zigzag, Tavern on the Square and also performed at The Rock Wars Concert. They also performed at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Baguio back to back with The Powerplay Band. Joey Albert
Maria Josefina Albert (born March 19, 1960) is a Filipino singer, songwriter, and lyricist. An alumna of St. Theresa's College Manila and Assumption College San Lorenzo, she began her professional singing career in 1981. In 1982, she was proclaimed winner of the Dream Girl Filipina contest on ''The Party'', a television program hosted by Ariel Ureta over the now-defunct Banahaw Broadcasting Corporation (now known today as A2Z 11 & formerly known as ABS-CBN 2).
