Lou Rinaldi (businessman)
Louis Rinaldi (born June 14, 1954) is an Uruguayan-American businessman. In December 2024, then President-elect Donald Trump named Rinaldi as his nominee for United States Ambassador to Uruguay, ambassador to Uruguay. Early life and career Rinaldi was born in Italy but his family emigrated to Uruguay when he was four and a half years old where he lived with his six siblings and parents on a ranch in , Lavalleja Department. He graduated from the Work University of Uruguay as a mechanical turner. He and his family emigrated to the United States when he was nineteen where he worked in construction in New York (state), New York. Heide (; Holsatian: ''Heid'') is a town in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is the capital of the ''Kreis'' (district) Dithmarschen. Population: 21,000. The German word ''Heide'' means "heath". In the 15th century four adjoining villages decided to build a church in the "middle of the heath". This remained the town's name to date.
